A Brief History of Aston Martin

Aston Martin was founded in 1914 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. Aston Martin produce all of their vehicles from their base in Gaydon, Warwickshire, England.

In 1947 the company became under the leadership of Sir David Brown who also acquired Lagonda. Both Brands shared workshops and this heralded the birth of the classic "DB" series of cars. and obviously the Famous DB5 (1963) James Bond Car.
