A brief History of Chevrolet

Chevrolet was founded by race car driver and automotive engineer Louis Chevrolet in Detroit, Michigan, USA on 3rd November 1911 along with William C.Durant.

In its infancy Chevrolet’s main competitor was Ford and in 1928, the Chevrolet Corporation formed Plymouth. Chevrolet, Ford and Plymouth all went on to become known as the “Low-priced three” during the 1930’s.
